Rates and Usage
The RSO is fully equipped with a recording studio to do solo and small ensemble recordings. You must use the RSO's sound engineer when renting the studio space. The rate averages at $100/hour and includes a final engineered audio recording, but the scope of the project could impact the rate. To request a recording session, fill out the Studio Space request form and the RSO will contact you for more details.
Community Members:
$10/hour
Available during business hours, M-F, 9am-5pm
RSO Contracted Musicians:
$5/hour
Available upon request and availability

Recording Studio
Studio Policies
For studio rental only, payment is due at the time of usage. For recording sessions, a 50% deposit is required.
There is a one hour minimum rental.
Cancellation within less than 24 hours notice of scheduled rental time may be subject to being charged the full rental fee.
No food or drink allowed in studios (water OK).
Access to any administrative space of the RSO office is prohibited.
Liability
Renter assumes liability for injury to any persons in the RSO Music Studio or other areas of the RSO administrative offices when they are present for the purpose of the rental (lessons, rehearsal, etc.). Renter assumes responsibility for RSO property and will agrees to pay for the repair or replacement of any items damaged beyond normal wear and tear during the rental.
