Camp Day Updates & Music Folders (8/11/23)

Hello RSYO! 

We are getting closer to our 2023 Camp day on August 26! I have some reminders and updates for you all in order to make our Camp day go as smoothly as possible.  

First and foremost, if you still have not filled out the official registration form it is important that you please do so here asap!

Music Folders

Music folders are now available to pick up at the RSO office. Folders will be placed outside of the office door so that you can pick them up any time the building is open (including over the weekend). Please try to pick up your music as soon as you can so that you have time to look at it before Camp day. 

Lunch Orders

If you haven't done so, please fill out this form to place your student lunch order for Camp day by 8/18!

Ms. Carly's Donation

Student Intern Gracie McMahon is organizing a community donation to Ms. Carly's! If you are able to, please bring a jar of peanut butter to Camp day so that we may donate it as a group. Thank you in advance!

Camp Day Volunteer

We are in need of a parent/guardian volunteer on Camp day from 11-12 to help distribute lunches. Please let me know if you are available to help with this role.   

Parent Meeting

Don't forget there is a mandatory meeting for all Parents/Guardians at 4 pm on Camp day in the Discovery Center Museum Theater. After this meeting, all are invited to stay for our open rehearsal from 5-5:45 with the family potluck to follow. 

Potluck Signup

Make sure you signup here for our Camp day potluck. This is a great way to end our day and socialize with other RSYO members and parents/guardians. Store-bought is absolutely OK, we know it's a busy time of year. 

Other Things to Bring

Please bring a music stand and if you have any extras, bring them as well! Also make sure to bring a water bottle with you (its going to be a long day)!
