We strive to make the Rockford Symphony an accessible and welcoming place for everyone.

Accessibility Services
ASL Interpretation
Available upon request with the Coronado and subject to the availability of a qualified interpreter. Patrons requiring these services are encouraged to request them as soon in advance of the event as possible to ensure availability. Please contact the Coronado Theatre Guest Services Manager at (815) 968-5600.
Assistive Listening Devices
The Coronado Theatre has a limited quantity of Sennheiser RI 250 Mono DirectEar hearing impaired devices. Staff requires the patron's ID in order to use one. Patron's ID will be returned when they turn in the device post-event. Patrons may ask Event Staff upon arrival for a device or request one ahead of time by calling the box office at 815-968-5222.
Breastfeeding & Pumping Areas
There are two private single stall restrooms available in the lower level for breastfeeding and/or pumping.
Drop-Off Assistance
Patrons can be dropped off at the Main Street entrance of the Coronado, under the Marquee. This drop off zone is wheelchair accessible. Volunteer assistance is available.
Elevating Cushions
Limited elevating cushions are available upon request.
Elevators & Ramps
The wheelchair accessible curb ramps and sidewalks outside of the Coronado have been updated and fixed.
The elevator is accessible from the New Lobby on the first floor, the subscriber lounge on the 3rd floor, and the basement near the restrooms.
The Coronado is a fully accessible venue and ramps can be found throughout the theatre. If you need a ramp to access your seat, please purchase tickets on the orchestra level.
Handicap Parking
Handicap parking spots are available in the Pioneer Parking Garage, across from the Coronado. Parking is $5: pre-pay or cashless only. See more about parking here.
Service Animals
Service animals are welcome inside the building and must remain on a leash or in a harness at all times. If you intend to bring a service animal, please purchase your tickets through the Coronado Box Office and indicate when buying tickets that you intend to bring a service animal so an aisle seat may be reserved for you. Wheelchair Accessible Seating
Accessible Seating is available upon request and subject to availability. Accessible locations are reserved for patrons with disabilities, with fixed seating for one companion located immediately adjacent to each accessible space.
