Subscription Renewal Packaging: We are in great need of several volunteers who would be able to match and assemble subscriber renewals for the March 14 concert. Assembly is scheduled for March 12 and 13. Any time you have between 9:00 AM-5:00 PM on either or both days would be tremendous help.

Renewal Distribution:
On March 14, we will need several volunteers to assist with distributing renewal forms to specified subscriber seats in the theatre. We intend to begin our distribution at 4:30 PM, before the concert begins. Comfy clothes and walking shoes are recommended as we will be going through aisles and upstairs.

Auction Volunteers:

We are still gathering volunteers for the upcoming RSO auction this spring. If you have any personal contacts with local businesses or organizations, we would greatly appreciate asking for a donation to our event. Donation sheets are available on request.

Chamber concert ushers:

We will need four ushers for our chamber concert on Sunday, March 22 at 4:00 PM. We will be holding this concert in the Rockford Art Museum instead of Trinity Lutheran Church where the past chamber concerts have taken place.

Ambassadors will be asked to tear tickets and hand out refreshments at our Postlude talk following the performance.
