Concert Renewal Station:

Welcome our returning subscribers at our renewal station in the new lobby. Receive renewals, answer questions, and welcome our patrons to the 26/27 season! This station is planned for pre-concert, and intermission.
Current subscriber with positive subscription information preferred.

Patron Drop-Off:

Greet RSO patrons as they are dropped off under the marquee. Many of our RSO patrons utilize this zone to get their loved ones inside while they park. Drop-off attendees will assist patrons through the door pre-concert, but should refrain from any physical assistance with patrons. Outdoor position, please dress for the weather.

Renewal Reminder Distribution:

Join the RSO staff in distributing forms to the seats of current subscribers, reminding them to renew. This event is planned for 5pm before the concert, and should conclude at 5:30 PM. Walking shoes and comfy clothes suggested.

Post-concert reconciliation:

Sort through our remaining subscription records to find who has renewed and can be removed from our list of unrenewed subscribers. Preferred Availability: Mon/Tues April 20-21

Inventory of Merchandise:
Take an inventory of our RSO merchandise from the weekend’s concert, as well as restocking our concert bin with the appropriate merchandise. Preferred Availability: Mon/Tues April 20-21
