Inperson workshop will take place in the Board Room of the Riverfront Museum Park - 711 N. Main Street, Rockford, second floor.
Members of the Community Musician Corps are invited to register to attend this 45-minute workshop lead by Kate Swope, the acting principal horn of the Rockford Symphony Orchestra.
Kate will be giving tips to maximize your personal rehearsal time, as well as tricks on how to improve your sight-reading skills if you choose to volunteer to help with a last-minute request and have reduced time to prepare for a rehearsal or performance.
Members of the Community Musician Corps use their talents to help supplement school and community ensembles.
