When can I expect to receive my season tickets?
2025/26 Season tickets will be available in August 2025. Subscribers are encouraged to join us for Packet Pick-up Day on August 20 at the Riverfront Museum Park to get your tickets, enjoy light hospitality, and have a chance to chat with Yaniv! Subscription tickets not picked up will be mailed in the following days.
Can I buy additional tickets throughout the season?
Yes, as an RSO Subscriber, you get a 10% discount and pay NO FEES when you order additional single tickets through our Box Office. however, the best way to ensure seating is to subscribe!
How do I redeem my Flex Pass?
Once you have chosen the concert(s) you wish to attend, you may call the RSO office at 815.965.0049 or fill out this online form, and we will process your order. Premium seats are reserved in each price level for flex pass subscribers until one week prior to the concert.
What if I can’t attend a concert?
• Give your tickets to a friend to use!
• Exchange your tickets for another RSO performance. Contact the RSO Box Office, and we will exchange your tickets for a performance of your choice (subject to availability). Exchanges CANNOT be made at the Coronado Box Office or on the day of the performance.
• Exchange your tickets for Stored Credit, which remains on your account as cash value through the end of the following concert season. You may use Stored Credit to purchase concert tickets or other RSO merchandise.
• Donate your tickets to the RSO for a tax deduction. Call the RSO Box Office to let us know you would like to donate your tickets. We will then release your seats and issue you a letter for your taxes.
*Ticket exchanges or donations must be requested prior to the performance you are unable to attend.
What if I lose my tickets?
Don’t worry! As a subscriber, you have the benefit of having your tickets replaced for free! Give us a call at 815.965.0049, and we will happily reissue a new ticket at no charge.
How do I redeem my bring-a-friend voucher?
Collect the information listed on the voucher for the person you are inviting to join you at the RSO! Then bring in or mail the filled-out voucher to the RSO office, where we will process their tickets.
