When can I expect to receive my season tickets?

The RSO will print and mail tickets in a subscriber packet.

Can I buy additional tickets throughout the season?

Yes, subscribers may purchase additional tickets at a 10% discount and won’t pay fees when purchasing through the RSO box office, however, the best way to ensure seating is to subscribe!

How do I redeem my Flex Pass?

Once you have chosen the concert(s) you wish to attend, you may call the RSO office at 815.965.0049 or fill out this online form and we will process your order. Premium seats are reserved in each price level for flex pass subscribers until one week prior to the concert.

What if I can’t attend a concert?

If you are unable to attend one of our performances please email Patron Services Coordinator Matt Guschl or call the RSO office where we may be able to exchange your ticket for another concert or place the ticket value into Stored Credit to use another time.

What if I lose my tickets?

As a subscriber, you have the benefit of having your tickets replaced for Free! Give us a call at 815.965.0049 and we will reissue a new ticket.

How do I redeem my bring-a-friend voucher?

Bring in or mail your filled-in voucher to the RSO office where we will process your tickets.
