What is your policy on refunds?

Unfortunately, we are unable to give any refunds on single ticket purchases. All sales are final however RSO Subscribers can take advantage of our easy exchange policy.


If after your first concert you're not satisfied with an RSO performance, we'll refund the entire cost of your package or work with you to change concert choices*.

*Subscribers must notify the RSO Offices within 5 days after attending the first performance in writing stating why you were not satisfied with the performance of the symphony and we will refund the cost of the subscription or allow you to change your concert selections.
