Check in at 6:00 p.m. The competition begins at 6:30 p.m. Kresge Hall is located at the east end of the Riverfront Museum Park and there is an entrance to the building at this end (by the big sculpture.) This event usually lasts about 2 ½ to 3 hours.
Participants are encouraged to decorate their team table or dress as a team if desired, bring snacks, or order delivery pizza if they wish. Suggested vendor names will be made available. This is an alcohol free event, however water, lemonade, and coffee will be provided.
Our MCs for the evening are the fabulous Mark Baldin, RSO principal trumpet and the delightful Rob Murphy, RSO second horn. They will review the rules and procedures before the rounds begin.
A fabulous selection of SILENT AUCTION baskets will be available for bidding during breaks and winners will be announced during the final break before the final round.
