their eyes widen with awe and delight as the Christmas tree
magically grows to towering heights, an army of mice do battle
with toy soldiers, and a little girl is taken to a fairy
tale Land of Snow where the Sugarplum Fairy works her magic.
Filled with beloved melodies that have enchanted audiences
for more than a century, The Nutcracker Ballet has become
synonymous with the holiday season! Enjoy live music with
the RSO, colorful sets and dazzling costumes. RDC is proud
to
welcome back alumni April Daly, now dancing with the Joffrey
Ballet! This collaboration of the Rockford Symphony Orchestra
and the Rockford Dance Company is the premier production
in Northern Illinois.
